President and CEO
Leon co-founded Jelecos in 2000 and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Thomas has over 18 years of experience leading major IT initiatives and has served in numerous advisory and consulting roles during his career. He was named to Omaha’s 40 under 40 list, honoring 40 successful professionals under 40 years old in the Omaha area. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a doctorate from Creighton University.
Vice President of Business Development
Kyle joined Jelecos in 2017 as Vice President of Business Development. Kyle brings extensive experience in technical sales, project & solutions delivery and executive leadership in the IT Solutions marketplace. Kyle is responsible for leading the business development teams, creating go-to-market strategies and evaluating future acquisition targets and other growth opportunities. Kyle is a graduate of Doane University and is the President of the Duchesne Academy Athletic Booster Club. Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. He is a sports enthusiast, who particularly likes golf.
Client Services Manager
Marika has over 10 years of account and project management in IT. She has worked at Jelecos since 2008 as the client services manager and is responsible for all aspects of account management and customer satisfaction. She enjoys her jobs because she is able to build lasting relationships with our clients while ensuring efficient business process management. Marika is from New York and moved to the Midwest to attend Central College. She graduated with a Bachelors in History. She is a dedicated volunteer for the Cystic fibrosis foundation of Omaha and has been helping out with the organization for the past 6 years. When Marika is not as work, she is most likely to be with her family, cooking or reading new novels.
Infrastructure Services Manager
Alex has over 15 years of IT experience, and has held many different roles throughout his career. Alex started working at Jelecos in 2014. He is the Infrastructure Services Manager, which ensures that the IS team and datacenters run smoothly. Alex holds certifications with VMWare & Citrix. Alex is a Creighton alum ’01 and received a BSBA from the Heider College of Business in Management Information Systems. When Alex isn’t busy at the data centers he is spending time with his wife and son or working on his house.
Application Services Supervisor
Ryan started working at Jelecos in its early years, he left for a few years to gain professional development experience, then returned to Jelecos around 2014 to work as the application services supervisor and lead developer. Ryan enjoys watching the Huskers play football and is an avid golfer.
Jess has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and business development, and started with Jelecos in 2016. Jess is the Marketing Coordinator, focused on driving Jelecos’ marketing and advertising initiatives for company growth and brand awareness. Jess enjoys developing strategies for success, and utilizing the latest technologies to position Jelecos in the market. When Jess isn’t at Jelecos, she enjoys camping, hiking and fishing with her family.
